I’m so glad that you stopped by! My name is Amy and I started blogging in 2016 from the Sacramento, CA area. My mission is to inspire others to be creative and to show you that everyone can be crafty! I am not an expert, I am just like you!!
I did not go to design school or take a ton of classes, I learned like you are… by reading blogs, books and watching others!
In fact, I graduated with a Biochemistry degree and went on to be an Optometrist, so I am very math and science oriented. So if a 40 something retired Optometrist can be crafty and use power tools, so can you!!
About Me:
I am an introvert by nature. I am a homebody. I love to craft (obviously!!) and personalize things. I love giving heart-felt and customized gifts.
I have been married for 20 years to an amazing man. I have 3 very different and awesome kiddos – 19, 17 and 11 year olds. I love dogs.
I am a Christian. Family is the most important thing to me. I hate flying. If I could have one superpower, it would be the ability to teleport.
I love glitter. Most of my clothes have paint or stain on them. I love power tools.
My kids will go to the same high school I went to! Go Bulldogs!
Being an Air Force brat, I moved every 4 years growing up. My dream places to visit are Australia and Fiji (when I get over my fear of flying!).
And I love chips… sour cream and onion are my favorite (but I can’t eat them because of a dairy allergy:(
